Welcome

Welcome everyone to my little space on the internet! I’m so glad we have crossed paths here. You see, painting has always been one of my first loves and it has, for as long as I can remember, been a dream of mine to do something with that. It was a dream so big and scary and special and sacred to me I kept it safe in my heart, dusting it off lovingly from time to time only to safely tuck it back away. Earlier this year I felt a calling and a tug of if not now, when? However, this year has been... well... 2020. Years in my heart and now months in the making, I have turned over the how and when of the timing of this wanting to be sensitive to the great importance of all that is going on in the world and our country; however, I have realized that in all regards in life, after taking the first big step towards something another one must soon follow. So here we go, with the humbled perspective this year has instilled. Art is subjective and deeply personal. I may not be everyone’s cup of tea, but my hope and heart is that this place can serve as a bright spot and inspiration in your day. So, let’s just get to know each other a little bit first and you can join me on this beginning of my journey. Thank you for walking beside me on the way- I can’t wait to see where this road takes us!
